Terms & Conditions For Neo Luxury Car Rental Goa

By booking a vehicle with Neo Luxury Car Rental Goa, you agree to the following terms:

1. Eligibility

• The renter must be at least 21 years old.
• A valid driving license and government-issued ID are mandatory.

2. Booking & Payment

• Bookings can be made online or offline.
• Full or partial payment may be required to confirm the reservation.

3. Security Deposit

• A refundable security deposit is required before vehicle handover.
• The deposit will be refunded after inspection of the vehicle.

4. Vehicle Usage

• The vehicle must be used only for personal purposes.
• Subleasing or commercial use is strictly prohibited.
• Driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs is not allowed.

5. Fuel Policy

• Vehicles must be returned with the same fuel level as provided.
• Any difference will be charged accordingly.

6. Damage & Liability

• The renter is responsible for any damage during the rental period.
• Repair costs or insurance deductibles may be charged if applicable.

7. Late Return

• Late returns may attract additional hourly or daily charges.

8. Cancellation

• Cancellation charges may apply based on the timing of the cancellation.

9. Company Rights

• Neo Luxury Car Rental Goa reserves the right to cancel bookings in case of unforeseen circumstances.
