At Neo Luxury Car Rental Goa, we aim to provide a fair and transparent refund process:

1. Cancellation Refund

Cancellations made 48 hours before the booking: Eligible for full refund.

Cancellations made 24–48 hours before: Partial refund may apply.

Cancellations within 24 hours: No refund.

2. No-Show Policy

If the customer fails to pick up the vehicle on time, no refund will be provided.

3. Security Deposit Refund

The security deposit is refunded after vehicle inspection.

Refunds are processed within 3–7 business days.

4. Early Return

No refund will be issued for unused rental duration if the vehicle is returned early.

5. Damage Deductions

Any damages, fines, or additional charges will be deducted from the security deposit.

6. Refund Mode

Refunds will be processed via the original payment method.
